Terms and Conditions - COOP 111
Welcome to COOP 111! We want to ensure that your experience with us is enjoyable, productive, and respectful. Please read the following terms and conditions before using our facility:

  1. Membership: By signing up for a membership, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions stated herein. Membership is personal and non-transferable. Members agree to give 30 day notice upon cancellation of their membership. All members must submit a refundable deposit. Deposit refunds are assessed at the time of cancellation and are subject to deductions at the discretion of management.

  2. Code of Conduct: Use of the co-working space is subject to adherence to a code of conduct. Members must treat others with respect, avoid disruptive behavior, and contribute to a positive working environment. Members and short term renters are expected to be respectful of the facility and amenities and abide by the rules set forth by management.

  3. Access and Security: Members will receive an access card or key for entry to COOP 111 during designated operating hours. You are responsible for the safekeeping of your access card or key. Do not lend or share it with anyone.

  4. Facility Rules: Members must comply with all facility rules and guidelines provided by COOP 111 management. This includes, but is not limited to, rules regarding noise levels, hours of operation, pets, smoking, and food and drink consumption.

  5. Membership Fees: Membership fees are determined by COOP 111 management and are subject to change with prior notice. Payment should be made on time and in accordance with the agreed-upon payment schedule. Failure to pay membership fees may result in suspension or termination of membership and possible loss of deposit.

  6. Insurance and Liability: COOP 111 management does not assume any responsibility for damage or loss to personal property or equipment. Members are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage for their belongings.

  7. Guests and Visitors: Members may invite guests or visitors to COOP 111, subject to the approval of the management. All guests and visitors are required to abide by the terms and conditions stated herein.

  8. Use of Amenities: Members may use the amenities and facilities provided by the co-working space, such as workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas, and additional equipment subject to availability, prior notice of intent, and any additional rules set forth by the management.

  9. Confidentiality and Data Protection: Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their personal and business information. The COOP 111 management takes reasonable measures to ensure data protection, but cannot be held liable for any breaches of security.

  10. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. The co-working space management reserves the right to terminate a membership immediately upon breach of terms and conditions or at management’s discretion when safety of other members is compromised.
